Terms of Service

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Slack-first leave management service (the "Service") provided by Adaptify Yazılım Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("OffTracker", "we"). By accessing the Service or installing it in your workspace, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

OffTracker provides, through a Slack integration and a web dashboard, functions for creating, approving, cancelling and tracking leave requests, leave balances and policies, notifications, and related reporting. The scope of the Service may be developed over time.

3. Account and workspace responsibilities

• The person who sets up the workspace (Owner) declares that the setup has been authorised by their own organisation.
• Role assignments (HR Admin, Approver) and their consequences are the responsibility of the customer organisation.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential.

4. Trial and paid subscription

• Where a trial is offered, a new workspace starts with a 14-day trial period that does not require a credit card.
• If the trial period ends without switching to a paid plan, creating new leave requests is stopped and adding new employees may be restricted. A late payment or an end-of-period cancellation does not by itself delete your data; the principles for closing a workspace and for permanent deletion are explained on the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy pages.
• Paid access is purchased as an online card subscription through our payment provider Paddle, which acts as an authorised reseller (Merchant of Record); Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Payment by bank transfer/EFT or by manual invoice is not accepted.
• Prices are stated exclusive of VAT; current prices are published on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, or by methods that disrupt the operation of the Service (reverse engineering, unauthorised access, excessive automated requests, etc.).

6. Data

The leave data of your workspace belongs to you. The principles governing the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; the subscription is not renewed at the end of the paid period and access continues until that date. Cancelling does not close or delete your workspace; closing a workspace is a separate action explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service in the event of a material breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Subject to mandatory rules of law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated; material changes will be announced a reasonable time in advance through the Service or by email.

10. Governing law and competent courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu (İstanbul Anadolu Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri) have jurisdiction over disputes.
